I can send files from LaserBurn just fine when cabled from a laptop to the PC USB port. However a thumb drive with an RD file on it is not read whichever port it is in. When I press File, navigate to Udisk+, Enter, Read Udisk file, Enter, there is a beep and "No Files" is returned.

Hopefully we can solve this as sometimes it's far less efficient to set a laptop up in the shop than to just carry the files on a drive. Thank you.

I tried it and never had any luck. Guess I just wasn't holding my mouth right. I just ran a network cable to it and was done. I kow those without a network port have put WiFi dongles on the USB port.

I have the same problem on a rdc644xg.
