the control panel arrows do not work

Hello everyone
a few days ago, the cable connected to the tube burned out, probably due to a loose connection.
I have restored the contact and the machine seems to work, except for 3 arrows on 4 of the control panel, and the button in the center (Z \ U).
The others all work.
Some idea?
