self inking rubber stamps

I'm looking at making some custom rubber stamps, the "printed" pad size needs to be around 25mm x 10mm (ish) for printing on paper.

Trying to find a supplier that provides the self inking "machine" so that I can make my own pads and sticck to it for printing.

Can anyone recommend a cost effective UK supplier, and any advice on material selection shore hardness etc.

Trotec's relative, Trodat, makes self inking stampers. I am guessing there are also cheap clones produced by companies in Asia.

cheers Doug, did see trodats stuff, IIRC there was a £35 min order + postage and I only want enough to do testing first to see if it's feasible.

I'll have a better search around at the weekend

Alright Ian

The Rubber Stamp Co. in Donegall Pass, Belfast? They make custom stamps so, maybe, you could sweet talk them into selling you a few blanks/machines for testing?
