hello
i am from india
i am using co2 laser for last four year.
my rudia rd controller sending a massage on computer screen
payment tips:remaining 0 hour
and
rd controller scree shows rd board encrypted
my laser machine not working
my vendor is not helping me
how i can open vendor code settings
please help

Recommend backing up vendor setting BEFORE altering anything

Lightburn does not require a password to change settings- maybe download the trial version and see if you can get in that way.

Hi All
I have the same problem ..
so can any body help me please .. and tell me how to repair my machine ?
i have china laser 130x90 with Ruida RD 6442S-B controller ..
i try Lightburn software .. this message appear on my Dsp : BOARD ENCRYPTED CONTACT PROVIDER ..

There seems to be complaints about this going back to 2017 at least on the internet. If someone solves it please post the cure. Thanks Gene
