LightBurn 0.9.17 released

- Image crop / masking (with live editing of the mask)
- SHX font support (including bending, and on a path)
- Tool layers (will never cut - useful for framing, rulers, etc)
- Ability to start a job from any point in the preview - didn't finish? Use 'Start Here' to resume it
- Improved tabs, with the ability to set tabs to partially cut
- Offset fills (like an offset pocket on a CNC, good for frames, flood-fill alternative)
- Ability to use ramp mode on images (threshold only)
