Laser setup

Hello,
I left my laser idle for a year and cannot use USB link anymore.
Things are terribly confusing with a laser. I used it for a year or so with no problems but now I am so lost. Purchased the KH7050 50 watt machine off ebay about 3 years ago I think. It had 644XG control. I added corel 2019 technical suite to my window 10 computer. in addition to corel 12 which came with machine. The controller has so many functions which I cannot understand. Such as IPS numbers do not know if this is needed for USB control or not. I do not know what will happen if one I get secret manufacturer numbers and reset parameters or reset manufacturer settings? I have tried dozens of possibilities and I am lost. If there is someone in the san fernando valley who could set up machine I would pay for their help. I did update the laser cad software and have since downgraded to 7.96 version which came with machine. I had to use special deleting software as windows can not delete these laser files. Have same problem with USB with two computers so far.
Would love it if someone had list of standard functions and standard settings for laser controller. Also if there is a newer version of lasercad that will work better with my system as I have read this is a scary territory as well to navigate.
