Laser Head Block out of Alignment

Hi all .... well I purchased Photonics Reverse Laser Pointer .... I put it in my Laser Head and the beam was exactly in the center .... when I checked from the Head to 2nd Mirror it was out considerably .... I then looked down on the Laser Head and noticed the block the Head is attached to is out quite a bit ..... should I be concerned or can adjustment of the Mirror on the Head overcome the alignment issue .... at present the laser is engraving and cutting quite well .... I don't understand why .... I'm attaching a pic.

I appreciate any incite to this situation.

If you have good alignment in each corner I would not worry about it. I googled the beam alignment tool you mentioned and have not seen that before- reverse beam alignment has proponents and also people [like Russ] who do not believe in it. The size of the bed has a lot to do with how difficult it is to get good alignment in all four corners, as well as every thing else of course.
