Hello everyone. I'm new here and new with the software. I'm trying to figure out why the green dot on the desktop
(pig 2) is in the top left corner, but in practice the machine cuts upside down, as if the dot is on the bottom left (pig 1).I want the machine to cut as in the drawing. From the top left corner down ..(pig 2)

That is your starting / origin point. You can tell the machine where the laser head is in relation to the material. Under Config, System Setting you will have a nine pip box marked Laser Head.
I work primarily from the top left, so mine is usually there. But if I'm cutting from a piece of scrap and need to align to a different point, that's where I set the laser head position, and then my laser head origin on the machine. I also change it for engraving. My exhaust is in the rear, so I set my start point at one of the bottom three pips so it engraves towards the exhaust. If you are putting an engraving on a pre-cut circle, then you would set your start point and the origin to a center point, be it top, bottom, left, or right, to make sure you hit the circle correctly.
If it's cutting inverted, then you have an orientation problem. I did when I first got mine, but don't remember what I flipped to correct it. I'm sure somebody here will know that off the top of their head and chime in.
Hope that makes sense.

Select the position you want your starting point to be - if the engraving is backwards use the mirror function to reverse the image
I position my laser to the center of my work

Thank you very much !, but it does not work for me. Although in the left shot in the drawing the beginning is marked as the top left corner, and although in the right shot the setting is the top left corner, the laser still cuts as in the image in the center, i.e. from the bottom left corner. I do not know what to do, it really bothers me...

Has this done this from the start, or is this something new? My gut reaction is that your Y axis is reversed in the controller some how, but don't ask me how.
