Here is a problem from the first time I fired up my laser. To get anything to engrave or cut correctly I have to invert the the Y axis in the control software. I’m using Lightburn, but I had the same problem when I was running RDWorks.

Also the jog buttons on the controller pad for the Y axis are inverted, ie. pressing the upper button moves the Y axis to the front of the machine and vice versa with the lower button.

The origin of the machine is in the upper left hand corner of the bed.

Has anyone else seen this or similar problem?

You are going to have mirror the y axis or unmirror the y axis depending on if it is already mirrored - LIGHTBURN has a similar feature but I do use that software so I don't know where the function is located

I found the setting to invert the Y axis on the key pad. But, I haven't found the setting to invert the Y axis for the engraving/cutting.
