laser not firing

Hi Guys, Finished a job no problem, started the next one, and the laser didnt fire. I pressed the test button on the power supply and it displayed AO, ( pic attached). My other laser has a different power supply but it reads the amp usage when the test is pressed. Any idea if the AO means the power supply is gone or the tube
Thanks Scott

I have never seen a Reci power supply and I understand they are no longer made... is that what you have? A quick look on line was not fruitful as far as finding a manual to tell what those codes mean but tubes don't normally fail that fast, they normally get old and gray and decrepit like humans

Hi Gene.. It ended up being the power supply. Lucky I had a spare. All good then for some reason the rd display was in Chinese. I was able to get it back to english, but the display is now opposite to the file. Still does the job probably though? Any ideas

Sounds like you need to check or uncheck "mirror function"

Hi. Pete, Whats strange is I now run up to 5 lasers at a time, all off a usb hub with 5 usb cables that can individually be switch on. I simply read the settings in vendor settings for the machine that is connected. I also have to check the configuration settings as well. I also read the user settings as well to get those settings. This machine is an AEON and the setting is, as your pic. When I am using a generic Chinese, I have to unclick the x axis mirror. So I do it all the time. I will try unclicking it on the AEON but it has never been unclicked. But why it went to Chinese, I will never know.
Thanks for you time
Scott

It was the screen origin in the lcd panel settings. How it changed, I have no idea
