Hello from Lexington, KY

Just upped my game to a 600mm x 400mm China blue. Upgraded the heck out of my k40s over the past few years and figured it was time for a larger more powerful unit. I spent the first day getting the unit setup an now I’m just getting material power and feeds nailed down.
I learned a lot over the years and will be happy to dive in and help others, however, I’m the one with a challenge at the moment.
I am laser cutting a simple focus gauge with text vector engraved at 100mm/s. The vector engrave from left to right is spot on. As the laser works it’s way back to the left, the laser misaligns. It’s not mechanical. All is solid and belt is tensioned correctly. I saw another post that pointed to a bad controller. I’m thinking I may be in the Same boat. I’ll reach out to omtech support tomorrow to see if they can be of assistance. I can run the same design through at 30mm/s and it looks fine. I’m using lightburn to generate the file and send to the laser. Any ideas?
Here’s a link to the video of misalignment occurring and an image of the finished piece.
By the way, I changed my lens to a 50.8mm and don’t yet have a tube extension, which is why the tube is so high up.
