I have at home now a new china co2 laser with a working area 90x60 and a 100W tube which has a control panel rudia RDC6442S 6442G is brand new and today I found out that setting the % performance does not change the settings I feel like the performance is still at the same level today I was doing lines just pointing to the cutout and I had a setting of 1% power and 400mm speed and the material cut through in many places it was a 4mm poplar slip does anyone know if this is some kind of setting or if there might be something wrong with the circuit

Pavel- I would first advise you to watch Russ' videos on a tutorial to laser usage:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YvrMeUUzaBo
It is a 6 part series and will give you a grounding into what is happening and how to make it do what you want.

I looked at it but didn't come up with any advice to help me stim that my laser only fires at the same power no matter what percentage I set

Do you have a mA meter? That is really the only reliable way to understand how much power the tube is getting. Are you setting the power in the program [RDworks or Lightburn for instance] or on the machine readout panel. If you set the Max power on the readout panel [lets set the min power the same as the max power for now] and hit the pulse button below approximately 5% power the tube should not fire at all- there is always a lower limit to activate the tube. If you have clear acrylic that is useful for seeing from the side how deep the tube is burning at different power settings.
The left hand pulse is at 30% on my 130w machine and the right side is at 10% power.

I don't have a tape measure, but I'll have to get some acrylic and test it I solved it when I needed to mark a line but it didn't penetrate so I set the machine to 5% power and 300mm and the material was cut through in places and I couldn't make a cruch so it wouldn't be cut through

my problem is solved the manufacturer wrote me to check some switch on the power supply and of course it was wrongly switched now my % are working as they should I would not have thought that there would be such a mini switch on the power supply what makes so big
