5. Special tools and add-ons

I am portly and reaching to the back of the machine to do something is a problem. I currently have the front 12 inches of the bed covered to make room for the tools and stuff that seems to follow me around, and also to improve the the air flow- that area does not exhaust well in any case. It is easily removable for the infrequent large panel that needs to be cut. I also have Aux fans with magnets on the front lip to move the smoke to the rear of the cabinet where the very strong [750 watt] exhaust fan can deal with it. The aux fans can also be stuck to one of the steel bars I use to keep panels flat if necessary to move to a specific location.
I have several reach tools, magnets on a telescoping rod and small grabbing tools [think spider arms appearing when the plunger is pushed to clutch different things... the the best tool I have found is a large hemostat [forceps or roach clip] which is most useful and my first go to tool. It was under $20 as I recall and is the handiest thing I have. Highly recommended.
