Thank you for allowing me in the group. And yes I have backed up my Vendor and User files. Who wouldn't?!? I've learned much from Russ' YouTube channel and look forward to tapping into all the knowledge in this group.

Welcome James - you would be surprised by the numbers of folks who haven't backed up their vendor files.

That was step one on any Ruida controller I bought. It is my understanding without saving those settings, if they ever get wiped out you pretty much have a paper weight.
