I've had a redsail x700 for a while now and figured I ought to be part of the larger community by now.

Welcome Steven, we always recommend saving your Vendor files but if you cannot connect you may not be able to. The 320 controller is getting pretty old so I don't know which RDworks versions may work with it but I am pretty sure that LightBurn will- they have a free trial that you could find out on. It is a great program and a lot [maybe most] or us use it now. Gene
