I'm on my 2nd laser cutter my 1st used Lasercut

My new machine came with RDWorks.

I use Corel for designing.

So which software is best, I know it's opinion, but as I'm a new user to both, should I give Lightburn a go?

If I had to learn one I would definitely go with Lightburn- it is much more capable IMHO.

Hi Phil

I started with RDWorks but switched to Lightburn and have no regrets. As a bonus Lightburn is updated frequently and they add new options sometimes. It’s worth the cost.

I have downloaded the trial of lightburn, I'm impressed, will almost certainly buy it where the trial expires

I prefer Rdworks as it is easier for me to work wireless with this software than with lightburn.
Simply as a piece of software, Lightburn is much better than Rdworks , much more capable, more friendly, but for my daily use in my workshop i prefer Rdworks.
