Hello from Germany, I have no experience with a laser only with a 3D printer and have now bought a 100w and probably caused the first havoc, factory reset...

Welcome Sascha- the first thing we recommend is to save your Vendor files [and you now know why]. I answered your other post and hope we can guide you to success- the lost files can be a very hard thing to replace. Gene
