Hello,
I work on a Laguna 12/20 and am having some issues. Hope someone has a suggestion.
Suddenly all of my images are printing 1/8" low. It's been suggested that I need to calibrate RD Works, but I'm not sure how to do that.
My Mac is not connected to the engraver (files are transferred by USB), so am unable to go under "vendor settings..."
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

Welcome Merrie- normally I would recommend backing up your vendor settings, but...

I don't know what kind of setup you have for your MAC and or home network: But you can connect via USB cable or an ethernet connection.
I reviewed the user manual for your machine (PL1220 Precision Laser) and it indicates you have both options for making a connection.

if you MAC is a lap top move it close and use the USB. If it is a desktop I would set up an ethernet connection via local LAN.
