Hello to all!
Writing from ITALY.
Owning a 3050 model laser 50W chinese one runds with Ruida V8.01.10 software.
A blown tube caused several surge to system, and system was not working correctly. I thought to solve these by making a reset. and it wa a good mistake to reset all factory settings.
Axes are now working after my modification attempts, but i can not engrave a simple design since X seems working well where Y axis works wrong and makes only a long long lines over lapping.
And i need some help to load again original parameters.
Can you please be so kind and give me permission to access .rdvset files that i have already found at viewtopic.php?p=20480#top at this link?

Hello I had access to this files.
But problem still keeps going on .

I designed a simple rectangle with 30x10 mm dimensions but machine engraved 20 x 5 mm and not a rectangle but completely scanned full image. Seems like these settings does not fit to my original docs.

Is there any possibility to find real original file here?
I asked to ebay guy who sold me the machine but i dont know if he can help me...

Really mess. And i am really unhappy with this.
Please help me.
