6445g Settings Controller Or user malfunction

My New RDC6445G (EC) controller is installed and working , But when I power off and then power on (minutes hours or days later) the settings revert back to default settings ie. x = 10000 mm / y = 10000 mm / z = 3000 mm .
I rewrite my actual settings for my machine 700 mm x 500 mm back via RDWORKS same issue .
I try with LightBurn write settings for 700 mm x 500 mm same issue ?

Forgot to mention this,
I have been into Vendor and Manufacture settings read save alter save write to controller power off restart with no avail,read , change write
will still revert back to the same issue every time .I also have access to all Password functions on the controller still will not store my settings of 700 mm x 500 mm or z settings ?

It turns out to be the controllers eeprom not retaining the programming . memory function falure

sorry wasn't finished ,
I replaced the controller and all is fine now.
I Learned Something .
