I'm having an issue with my 60watt co2. It stopped dead and lost the Ruidia controller ie it does not turn on no lights on it or the steppers unless I plug the USB cord into the flash drive port then I get the screen lighting up but no steppes or laser. Laser has lit plasma,when I push the test button on the power supply. I have replaced the 24 volt power supply and still nothing

Welcome to the Forum.
Just to let you know it's been a little quiet since we got the forum back online and up and running again. We'll try and help out whenever we can.
With respect to your controller issue, I suspect the USB connection is just adding 5V and that is powering up the LCD.
You really need to use a multimeter and check if there is 24V from the new power supply and if it is getting to the controller.
If there is 24V on the PSU and not on the controller, then you could be looking at a loose connection or damaged wire.
