Hello, I am cutting extruded acrylic and the edges are very rough and appear to have little bubbles through out it. I've cut this stuff before with a great flame polished finish. Any advice on why this is happening?

Have you tried lowering the amount of air assist you are using? Too much and it will cool the cutting zone.
