Fitting a water In / Out temperature sensor with LDC Display!!! Anyone done this?

Hi, I have an 80W CO2 laser with Cooler but I would like to display the cooling water temperature going into and comming out of the tube and was wondering if anyone in here has done something similar? Any pointers would be greatly appreciated

I had done it years ago,,got a flow meter with temp gauge, cut out a spot and installed it,,was reasonable cheap if i remember right,
