Information to include when asking for Thinklaser support

To help diagnose machine or application issues quickly, please include as much of the following information as possible:

- Machine model
- Laser source type and power
- Controller and software version
- Material being processed
- Lens or focal length being used
- Power, speed, frequency and other relevant settings
- Photos or screenshots of the issue
- Any recent changes, repairs, servicing or upgrades
- A clear description of what the machine is doing, and what you expected it to do

The more detail provided, the easier it is to give accurate advice.
