The only other real problems I have seen (and corrected on both of these machines) is the tube extension
being welded in the wrong place- the laser tube on both machines was touching the flange where Bodor welded
the extension housing for the longer 100W tube- this was obviously an afterthought and involved cutting the normal
side door off and re-hinging it so that the rear 10" will not open, which cannot happen because of the tube extension.
When they fabricated this panel (including the tube extension) and the shorter right side door they welded short threaded
tubes to the back side of the panel for attachments- quite hard to get to the screws inside the cabinet. After a number
of times on and off... I broke them off with a hammer, leaving nice round holes which I used to screw the panel on from
the outside and 'J' nuts on the slots on the inner framework. (it was not possible to do a nice round cutout for the tube- globs of
weld on the other side :? )

My final solution to the problem of air flow - cutting the bottom cover 150 mm, everything else was not enough :(
