Hello forum...glad to be here.

I have a 60W CO2 laser off Amazon 'made' by Orion; it's a 20 x 28" unit. For the most part the only material I envision using is 0.02" Fishpaper otherwise known as vulcanized Kraft paper.

Having a difficult time downloading RDWorks, my anti-virus SW says it's a corrupt site. Anyone have any suggestions on where to go for a download would be much appreciated?

Machine is all set up and I've watched what has turned into thousands of YouTube videos on Lasers.

I look forward to learning much more about my machine with the help of all you that already use these wonderful machines.

Thanks

Welcome Steven- I would suspect your anti-virus software, some are really conservative. I am not aware of corrupted RDworks downloads, but anything is possible I suppose. I have not heard of that material, what are you making? Gene

Gene-

Thanks for the good words...I will try disabling the AV SW.

Is the .rar an exclusive type of file? Or is this a type of Zip file? I can download it from this site, but when I try to open it - it takes me to the app store. Have not experienced this problem before.

Fishpaper or vulcanized Kraft paper is an insulator material used in batteries, transformers and many other electrical devices.

Cheers-
Steve

Pretty common compression file type, I'm sure there are free programs to unzip them.

I downloaded "Free RAR Extract Frog" for just this purpose. It works.
