Hi, All. A customer or a coworker (don't recall which) suggested that changing out the controller on my machine might correct the factory reset issue I have caused on my machine. He said that by changing the controller, I'd be replacing the firmware and therefore the software issue would likely be resolved. Anyone have any experience regarding this as a solution for this problem? :geek: :geek:

If you just want to replace the firmware, why not simply do that? Firmware can be downloaded for free from the RuiDa website; a new controller costs $$$.

What's the issue Larry? Loaded factory defaults & found they were for the wrong factory?

A firmware update won't change Vendor or User parameters (or shouldn't), but a new controller won't come with Vendor or User parameters set up for your machine, either. Whichever you choose you're going to have to reload the settings for your machine to the controller, if that's the problem.
