I have bought a few different lasers over the past couple of years including a couple of K40's and two that have Ruida controllers. The one I am currently playing with is an 80W.
I admit that I have bought all of these cheap lasers using grant funds at schools mainly because I am curious and wanted to learn more about these lasers. Students have learned quite a bit as well! I have also been using an Epilog laser over the last couple of years (boring and uneventful).
The laser I am plying with now didn't work out of the crate, and needed a new power supply, which I have installed and now it works, but still needs additional love and adjustments.
I have arrived
