Hello to all.
I have a k40 and a generic 50w laser, 3D printer, and a small desktop engraver. Probably an understatement that I like to tinker. I've been working with these for about 3 years all self taught and was looking for for an environment to learn more. Looking forward to the opportunity to become a better more knowledgeable tinkerer.

Welcome Jeff- I believe most successful laser people are inveterate tinkerers. Experimentation is how we learn and the best way to learn IMHO.
