Parameter library location

The windows pc I use for rdworks had a corrupt user profile, so I ended up creating a new user and deleting the old account.

RDworks no longer brings up a parameter library. I hadn't expected it to be saved somewhere in the user profile but i'm guessing it may have been.

Can someone advise the location and name of the file, so I can dig around a little more
