Hi,
Long time CNC hobbyist here that built a CNC router in 2003 with a Xylotex controller and Mach3. I've been borrowing lasers at the local university and makerspace for a couple of years. In August I came across a deal on a 3 year old x700 clone on Craigslist and decided to take the plunge. In less than an hour I burned out either the tube or the power supply (both original). So now I have converted it to a a 75w Reci T1 tube and an 80w Cloudray power supply. It ran great for a couple weeks but I'm now fighting some new issues. I'm here looking for some direction on troubleshooting. Thanks!

Welcome Glen, if you like to tinker, you have come to the right place. I left a suggestion on your other thread, if that doesn't help, let us know and we can hopefully help solve the problem. Gene
