I am from South Africa Johannesburg. I started using lasers when I bought a 5w laser to engrave wooden USB's for my photography. As I explored how to use the 5w I learnt about CO2 laser by watching Russ and many other videos. I then bought a CO2 80 watt 6040 laser, then a rotary (still not used) and now. I am in the process of upgrading my controller from Lihuiyu M2 to Cloudray's rdc6445 with with Wifi. I think I have successfully wired the motion part of it over this past weekend. Now the configuration - driving me mad. Then I will look at the laser part of it.

Welcome Rashid- you sound like a tinkerer and that is a great start to successful laser use. Most here use RDC 6442 but I believe the 6445 to be very similar but with a larger [better] LCD panel. We are interested to here what you think of it. I have not heard of the controller you are replacing but normally if you can find a schematic of it, it will not be too hard to figure out. Gene
One thing that I thought of later- I have purchased a couple of Ruida controllers from LightObject and they use a derivative of RDworks which is labeled LO- normal software downloaded from Ruida will not be seen, so new upgrades for RDw must be obtained [free] from them after they have someone from Ruida alter it. It is not handy- so I am still using V19. I am not sure if the Cloudray controllers are hobbled in the same way?
