nothing in preview

Hi Guys, Hope this is simple. I use my laser everyday, but for some reason , I cant see anything in preview. I can click simulation and it give a strange white outline. The file transfers to the controller and all the colours of the programs can be seen. I just cant see anything when I click the preview window. It is just black with the green square at the bottom left. Any ideas?
90 watt efr laser tube. 1200x900 cutting bed, homemade, Rd works 8.01.18. TL I am a professional whipmaker (20yrs) bought a laser as a saw a video 18 months ago and the amount of spare leather I have, thought I would play around and make other leather products.

Are you vector cutting, vector scanning, or bitmap scanning?

Maybe try a higher revision of RD Works (I use 8.01.24).

Hi Jeffery.. Doing the same as I do everyday. Just a simple program with a bitmap and text with cutting. I will just down load the same version again. What is strange is it does give a strange white outline when I click on simulation.

Hi. I just re installed the rd works file. Fixed the problem. Thought there may have been a box I ticked or unticked
