hola, como estan tengo un error de comunicación LaserWorkV6. (communication error! - no connected divice!). mi maquina solo se conecta mediante cable usb , ya eh cambiado todo , compre placa nueva RDLC320-A. y no se conecta, probe con distintas computadores y tampoco reinstale todos los softwares y nada , creo que algo esta quemando mis placas. estoy desesperado, no puedo lograr una interfase entre la pc y la maquina .. los motores quedaron invertidos, la maquina no encuentra los parametros que necesita y al no tener conexion lo puedo cargar en vendor settings. alguien que le haya pasado lo mismo ,..??

You must first install (on your PC) the USB drivers for the laser before you can communicate with it.
It should be one of the options when your begin to install RDWorks.

esto es algo mas serio que reinstalar el software, algo esta pasando con mi mainboard, también me da ERROR DE AGUA 1, lo cual solucione, haciendo un puente en CN5, ya cambie mi mainboard por otra nueva y sigo sin poder conectarme, solo puedo trabajar desde el pendrive, pero no tiene potencia y la aceleracion es muy alta , no puedo ingresarle el vendor settings. mi maquina no tiene ethernet solo se conecta mediante usb eh medido todo mediante un tester y los voltajes estan todos bien, no se como ajuntar foto

I think you can ignore your water error until we solve the USB connection problem.

I have not used the RDLC320-A. Does it have one USB port or two USB ports? On the RDC6442, there are two USB ports, and you must connect the PC to the correct one. Is it possible that you connected your PC to the wrong USB port?

Have you tried re-installing the software (especially the USB driver) on one of your computers?
Have you tried a new USB cable?

I don't know what else to try because I don't know about RDWorks V6 and the RDLC320. I hope one of the other members can help you.
