Hi all. New to this technology but I've been so impressed with the online videos, I've bitten the bullet and ordered an RDL6040 from Red Dragon Lasers in South Wales which is being delivered this Friday, 10th January, 2020.

As an electro mechanical engineer contracting in the Aviation industry I can see many applications I will be using the Laser and it gives my daughter the ideal opportunity to develop her personalised craft businesses.

I've used CorelDraw for many years and have several years experience of Solidworks and AutoCAD so it wasn't long before i was designing items to be manufactured, in many materials, using the Laser, as well as drawing up the ideas supplied by my daughter for her business; we already have several commisions :D

Looking forward to learning from this forum and offering any help or support I can.
