Every year, my wife and I make each other gifts for Valentines Day. This year, we were both late, finishing them just this weekend. Here is mine. It's a sewing box (her creative hobby of choice).

Hey Mathew;
I just used a simple approach that I have used for many of my projects.

			I just used a simple approach that I have used for many of my projects.
- I have an air brush, and a selection of alcohol based dyes. In this case, I sprayed a light coat of brown die all over the piece, then darker coat on the edges.
- I then spray a few coats of clear (matt) enamel finish on top.
