My machine is not getting any power at all. I have checked all circuit breakers and all are good. Could not find a reset button anywhere, is there one?
I was making some ear savers out of plastic lids from storage containers for the n95 masks and turned the laser off. after a few minutes the machine just shut off. Running cw5200 chiller which is plugged into the machine. Plugged chiller into wall outlet and temp is 20 c. Flow is good, pinch hose and alarm sounded.

Look for a fuse hldr - check fuse, alternately some machines have a breaker - usually push button (looks like a ground fault)
make sure you cabinet doors are shut -safety switches
Are you sure there is pwr in the outlet the laser is plugged into

yes there is power to outlet. I also plugged machine into different outlet. I cannot fine any breakers or fuses? when I turn on the switch nothing. The controller is not powering up. there are two power supplies, I assume one is for the laser and the other for the switch?

Is there a certain location that I should be looking to the fuse holder ? E-stop not depressed. I am really bummed out. I really enjoy my laser and now I am down and having withdrawals.

1. With the laser unplugged, check the continuity of the E-Stop. There have been tales of the E-Stop failing in strange ways. (I do not expect this to be the issue).David Strickland wrote: Wed Apr 08, 2020 Is there a certain location that I should be looking to the fuse holder ? E-stop not depressed. I am really bummed out. 2. On my laser, the wire that plugs into the wall has a socket on the laser. That socket on the laser contains the fuse. Look for a small tab where you can slide out the fuse compartment.
Can you please define "No power"? Is the controller powered on? Is the red laser pointer on? Any lights, LED's, etc working? Do the convenience sockets (the ones where we say "Don't ever use these!") have power?
If you're reasonably handy with an ohm meter, you can check for continuity from the wall plug to the input of the low voltage power supply (perforated silver box). I can provide more directions if needed.

Please permit me to ask a dumb question: How did you know the fuse was good? Did you test it with an ohm meter? One of the reasons that I ask is that we never know the skills or experience of the members of this forum, so it's necessary to ask.David Strickland wrote: Sat Apr 11, 2020 No there are no lights coming on. the controller does not power up. If you do have the skills to use an ohm meter (and you own one), then you should be able to debug this problem. See if there's continuity between one of the non-ground pins in the socket (from the picture above) and the AC or Line inputs to the low-voltage power supply. Then try the other non-ground pin in the socket. If my suggestion is confusing, let me know and I'll provide a sketch.
