Thanks Jean-Christophe- always fun to make something for the little kids in our lives. For users in countries who are still fighting metric measurements- import in mm, it will be a little over 4x5". The DFX comes in as broken line segments [in my program] so the RDworks file may be better for you.

Hi Gene,
Thanks for your message.
Measures are in mm (110mmx130mm) but you can change the size before cutting the puzzle.

So I got sidetracked over a coffee
Took the puzzle dxf and ran it through Fusion for fun. If anyone would like to have a play with Jean-Christophe's design in the third dimension it is here https://a360.co/3dkzpbo
** Note there is Zero parts clearance in the model so if you are tempted to 3D print it use maybe 96-98% for the numbers. Possibly a good way to use up the scrap roll ends. Laser cutting the frame makes a lot of sense still due to the time involved with printing large slabs. For Laser just bump the kerf over what you might normally do so the parts are non binding.
Out of interest Jean-Christophe what software did you generate the dxf with? Some of the internal lines went away from your 10x10mm grid?

Would someone who got this to open please save it to an .ai file? I can't open the file in any of my programs- they all come in as short segments. And the version of .19 will not open it at all. Thanks Gene
