I am new to the Board and I have a 40w Laguna TX laser that I bought late last year and have not been able to use it very much. So am needing, what probably is very elementary help in setting up files and producing them to be cut by the laser.

I do all type of woodworking and am currently producing River tables that slide under a couch or chair. Can be used for working, eating, reading etc. They are very handy and will be sold on Etsy or other available online sites.

I want to be able to burn text into the boards as well as place various images on them. My table size is 12 x 20 approximately.

My wife produces jewelry of various types and will be needing cuttings from the laser as well.
