These are gifts for good customers for the holidays- the acrylic blanks are contour cut and then printed vinyl applied. They are mounted with standoffs to pine edge glued blanks which have been 'aged' by nicking up the edges with an angle grinder and then burning with a torch, beating with a paddle with nails to make the wormy holes- then staining to a semi uniform color. They have LED strips hot glued on edge behind the plastic to provide a halo light effect. People love them.
