I have 2 tubes, I use an air compressor for air.
I have not found away to use air assist for one tube only or turn on the chiller pumps independently.
1 laser has lots of info. nothing on 2 tubes that I can find.

Ken- I am thinking that one Air Assist kit will work for both cutting heads, as we will only be using one at a time. There will then be air flowing to both nozzles all the time so there will be more air 'leak' when not in use. This is on my list of projects to address. On my 1390 machine the chiller is on all the time [often all day] and has been running for 4+ years that way.
I should say that Ken and I have matching two tube 1800x1300 machines which we are setting up in different locations. The two tubes present some unique problems and perhaps should have a separate subforum if we ever get on top of these monster machines.

You might try a pair of solenoids and a switch. I only have one tube, but I have two solenoids and regulators on a switch. I have one set at 5psi for acrylic, and the other sat at 15psi for MDF. You could do the same, just laser 1 vs laser 2.
Do some digging, you might even be able to use a relay and pull a signal off the laser outputs in combination with the air assist output to get you what you want. Not near my laser so I can't say on the possibilities.
