Does anyone know if there is a repository of the various firmware versions for Ruida controllers? I am specifically interested in firmware for the 6445 controller. I am currently running V15.01.10 that came loaded on my controller and would like to have a backup copy of this. I also have a copy of V15.01.22 that supposedly allows switching between outputting to the Y-axis for regular work and the U-axis for rotary work. I plan to try installing this version once I can get RDWorks to talk to my laser (I don't really use it at all since I have LightBurn and am having difficulty getting it to connect - LightBurn connects fine over both USB and Ethernet). I'm looking to have V15.01.10 in my back pocket in case V15.01.22 doesn't do what I want it too.

RDWorks 8.01.26 is too early a version for the 6445. I seem to recall 8.01.34 having it present in the list?

Someone else (Dave Vigness) in this forum was playing around with 6445 firmware versions a while back. You two should get together. ;)

Thanks Chris. I got RDWorks talking to my controller after reinstalling the latest version of SW. Just hesitant to load new firmware now until I find a backup copy of what I currently have installed. Will reach out to others a bit more.

Thanks Pete. I’m not sure if Rabbit will be able to help. I added the controller on later (machine came with a Leetro) and it looks like they exclusively use the 6442 controller vs the 6445. Ruida hasn’t responded to my requests yet.
