How are you all doing?
I bought my 700x500 Red/Black nearly 5 years or so ago. I had intended to use it as a hobby/business making terrain for tabletop gaming.
All was well until I erased my settings 'accidently' about 8 months in. I got some hacky settings loaded back in, but it has never operated right since. I was told about this site yesterday from a laser group on reddit and I am excited to try and get the OEM settings back and get back to trying to put this machine back to use.

Welcome Abe- the first thing we recommend to new members is... record your User and Vendor files for future use. Unfortunately this is a very common thing and rebuilding your files is slow agonizing work. We have several recovery files from different machines but unfortunately there is no uniformity in these machines. Gene
