Looks like I found my own solution to the double mark, the lens had been installed upsidedown. Though the spot size is larger now. Maybe this is due to distance from the lens to the cutting surface?

Changed the lens today and unbelievably the lens was installed upsidedown. The new lens replacement has cured the double spot issue. But I still have some ghosting. Any ideas?

Accessories: I have a combining lenses, pin tables [homebuilt], honeycomb tables , wireless remote, Modifed Ultimate Air Assist, home built non-powered rotary device, PrusaMK4 and Mini Prusa printers.

That really looks like the beam is hitting the edge of the nozzle to me.

What is the make and model number of the laser height sensor on the head?
