Thank in Advance for the add to this forum. I am a disabled Vet that lives on a small farm in rural Colorado. I bought my laser second hand.I have a boss LS1416, I am a crafty person and had looked at this machine for 2 years when one came up locally. I have no prior knowledge of an cc machine. Right out the gate I had to figure the machine out in one week. I've done some really dumb things but luckily have figured it out. I don't have any support. In two months I have figured out how to connect the machine to the attachments, did 12"x12" portrait, 36"x 8", 24"x8" wood signs for grand kids, different brands of stainless steel , powder coated and painted tumblers, engraved leather sheaths for knifes and and one 8x10 portrait all of these were a tremendous challenge. Now I am stumped. All my settings are messed up and I am hoping that I can help someone figure out their issue as someone can help with mine.

When you say your settings are messed up - are you refering to the vendor setting of something else?

The Vender setting. As I bought this 2nd hand There is no support for me.
