I have just found this forum via a link on on of Russ's RDWorks learning labs videos.
I am in the process of building a DIY 100W laser cutter. Bed size 1200mm x 600mm
All the parts have been collected and it is just a matter of finding the time to put it all together.
Big thanks to Rob Chesney of Further Fabrication who inspired me to go down this path.
