Hi All,
I'm the new design engineer for a small manufacturer of children's toys and household goods. We have several lasers: Kaitian CM1309, KH-7050B 80W (Red Box), SCU1290, and the newest one HL XM1060 100w. Over the next few months I'll be working on streamlining our cutting process and hopefully getting our laser room working as efficiently as possible.

Glad to be aboard!
Emily

Welcome Emily- you have quite a range of machines there. I assume they are all Chicom CO2 glass tube lasers? Depending upon the controllers the first thing to do may be to try a trial download of Lightburn software- I would think using one software for all [or as many] machines as possible would really streamline workflow. I am a wannabe design 'engineer' recently retired from a sign business where I spent 20+years streamlining workflow, and enjoying it very much. In fact the title I appropriated for myself was... Director of Continuous Improvement

Wonderful! Yes one software to rule them all is definitely near the top of my to-do list!

Even if you have to change some of the controllers it would be worth it I believe- Ruida 6445s are about 300$ and easy to convert.
