Hello my name is Chuck Smith. I am a 67 year old substance abuse counselor. I am also a recovering addict that has been clean for 33 years. I am new to lasers and don’t have much knowledge. I also turn wood and operate ham radios. I live in Ringgold, Georgia. I have a k40 laser that is not in use and a new 50 W laser (OMT) that I am trying to learn. I seem to run into many obstacles and need experienced help to overcome. That is the main reason I wanted to become a art of this group. My hope is that some daw I will some day be experienced enough to give other newbies help!!!

Welcome Chuck- this is a great [all consuming] hobby. We recommend saving your Vendor files per the FAQ section first as this is often deleted accidentally. At first this all seems like a lot to learn but it really gets better. Gene
