welcome Mike- we always advise recording the Vendor settings first but I guess that ship has sunk? We have some Vendor files in the FAQ section, you could try one from a similar machine and if you are [it sounds like] in communicaton with the laser co. they should be able to send you the file. As a sidenote you can use Notepad++ to compare the files and change them off the machine.
