Welcome Nelson- we always advise saving your Vendor files [per the FAQ] as they can be a problem to replace if accidentally deleted. Is your machine a cabinet or a flatbed? I am struggling with a large cabinet machine now and they present unique problems I have found. If I ever get on top of this machine I intend to do a write-up on some of my solutions. Gene
